Elopement Special from $599.00	One night in Penny’s Attic Notary Services ($25.00 extra for evening ceremonies) Intimate wedding ceremony Wedding cake and champagne in dining room after ceremony Horse and Carriage Ride (get dropped off at your restaurant of choice after your cake and champagne) This package is based on two adults. Taxes not included. Not valid on Holidays. Reservations require a minimum of 14 days notice. A $200 non-refundable deposit will be charged upon booking your reservation! Photography and Flower arrangements will be extra.

Marriage Renewal Package from $399.00:	Notary services to perform re-vow sentiment Pastel Rose bridal bouquet & Boutonniere Horse & Carriage ride (immediately after ceremony) Sparkling wine or non-alcoholic sparkling wine (cider when available). Intimate wedding cake for two Room not included for two

Rates at the inn are as follows:
$379 for the bride & groom. $699 for the bride and groom and up to six guests, including a champagne toast; 6 to 14 guests $799 plus room rate, including a champagne toast. Wedding sizes are restricted in size to no more than 20 people including the bride, groom, attendants and guests. Beach weddings available at a extra charge.

References for restaurants, photographers, Spas, hair salons, florists, etc. will be provided upon making your reservation. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your wedding reservation. A two night minimum stay is required on weekends. We apologize but we cannot accommodate children under 14 years of age.

Wedding cake upgrade: Add a Two-Tier, floral top wedding cake to share with your guests at your wedding lunch or dinner reception. $150 to $225 (includes delivery).

NOTE: The Bride and Groom MUST obtain a Florida marriage license before the Notary can marry them at the inn. Florida residents must obtain the license three days prior to the ceremony; Non-Florida residents may obtain their license the same day. A license may be obtained at any county court house in Florida. The Saint John’s County Courthouse is only a 10 minute drive from the inn.
